Finance Services strives to be a recognized proactive and trusted partner focused on results and is committed to providing the best service by offering expert financial guidance and support.</p><p>About the Role:<br />As part of the Resource Management team, you will use your expertise in advising on funding strategies and approaches, or in ensuring ongoing trend analysis and control of House budgets, in developing costing models/financial reporting tools/templates and in training to support improved decision-making in financial management matters. You will also be responsible for conducting ongoing analysis and risk assessment of expenditures corporately to support sound financial decision-making and resource management, and for the preparation of the Estimates. </p><p>The ideal person:<br />As the ideal person, you are talented with financial systems and excel at synthesizing raw data into corporate reports and presentations. You have experience in complex financial analyses for large organizations. You have a keen eye for identifying risks and providing solutions related to resource management while adhering to the House of Commons financial policies. Consideration may be given to candidates with other linguistic profiles.<div class="PostingEssentialInformation"><ul><li>Effective November 22, 2021, all individuals entering the Parliamentary Precinct are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID 19, unless accommodated based on a medical contraindication. Individuals are considered to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 fourteen (14) days after they have received the recommended doses of one vaccine or combination of vaccines approved by Health Canada.</li><li>As part of the application process, candidates will be asked to identify their vaccination status.
