The AP must understand the architecture, validate the feasibility of the solution based on the defined architecture, ensure that the solution is compliant with the House of Commons Enterprise Architecture standards, analyse the requirements, design features, develop and implement the solution, prepare or review test plan and maintain and support products. The AP defines and documents solution on a variety of projects, its components and inter-relationships, recommending targeted research and evaluation of technologies.</p></div><div class="PostingPrerequisitesSection"><span class="PostingPrerequisitesSectionTitle">Education</span><ul><li>Successful completion of University degree or college diploma (from a recognized institution) in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT)</li></ul></div><div class="PostingPrerequisitesSection"><span class="PostingPrerequisitesSectionTitle">Experience</span><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years&#39; experience in an IT environment;</li><li>Minimum of 4 years of technical experience and significant knowledge in the analysis, design and implementation of CRM solutions (configurations, plug-ins, workflow, Java script);</li><li>Minimum of 4 years&#39; experience in Data modeling.</li></ul></div><div class="PostingPrerequisitesSection"><span class="PostingPrerequisitesSectionTitle">Asset</span><ul><li>Experience mentoring junior programmers;</li><li>Experience using TFS 2015 or above for managing source codes and work items;</li><li>Experience in CRM Dynamics 2011 (or above) and 365;</li><li>Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and above and SSRS Reports/ SSIS Packaging;</li><li>Additional experience within Web or Microsoft technologies.</li></ul></div><div class="PostingCompetencies"><p>Selected candidates will be evaluated against the Information Services Competency Profile – Analysts / Programmers.</p></div> The purpose of this recruitment and selection process is to staff the position of Analyst/Programmer on a two year term basis (an indeterminate position could also be considered) and to establish a list of qualified candidates who may be considered for temporary positions requiring similar competencies at the House of Commons. Placement decisions will be based on one or more of the following criteria; Depth, breadth and type of work-specific experience. Further assessments of additional, new or already assessed qualifications or competencies may be further assessed based on work-specific requirements.<div class="PostingEssentialInformation"><ul><li>Selected candidates who do not have valid second language evaluation (SLE) results will be assessed.
