This position will provide advice and assist in the coordination of services related to the constituency office across the House Administration services areas. The Senior Project Officer is responsible for establishing and managing a system of record for all constituency office lease files and data.</p></div><div class="PostingPrerequisitesSection"><span class="PostingPrerequisitesSectionTitle">Education</span><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree from a recognized institution in a related field;</li><li>Commercial leasing and property management training.</li></ul></div><div class="PostingPrerequisitesSection"><span class="PostingPrerequisitesSectionTitle">Experience</span><ul><li>Minimum of five (5) years experience in delivering property management, real estate services or commercial leasing advice;</li><li>Experience managing the delivery of client services;</li><li>Experience managing projects and programs of varying degrees and complexities;</li><li>Experience in business transformation and process improvements.</li><li>Experience in conflict resolution/change management.</li></ul></div><div class="PostingPrerequisitesSection"><span class="PostingPrerequisitesSectionTitle">Asset</span><ul><li>RPA or CPM designation.</li></ul></div><div class="PostingCompetencies"><p>Selected candidates will be evaluated against the Finance Services Competency Profile – Specialized Support.</p></div> The purpose of this recruitment and selection process is to staff the position of Senior Project Officer - Constituency Office Leases on a long term basis and to establish a pool of potential candidates that may be considered for indeterminate or temporary positions at the House of Commons.<div class="PostingEssentialInformation"><ul><li>Selected candidates who do not have valid second language evaluation (SLE) results will be assessed.
